Terms & Conditions – 868a User Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 868a Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia, or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing the Platform is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 868a enforces a strict 21+ policy in alignment with Indonesian adult entertainment standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the Member cannot satisfy this requirement.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 868a or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by 868a or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not have had a previous 868a account terminated for violations of this Agreement.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 868a services, you must complete the registration process. By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 868a account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 868a will never request your password via email or chat. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. KYC Verification: 868a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, winnings, or bonuses to any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

868a accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to applicable processing times and limits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri. Transfers are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (07:00–21:00 WIB). Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay. Most e-wallet deposits are processed instantly.
• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction across all methods.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction unless otherwise agreed with your account manager (VIP accounts may have higher limits).

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per request.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP accounts may qualify for higher daily limits.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are reviewed within 24–48 hours following submission, subject to completed KYC verification. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from expedited processing.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. 868a does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 868a reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our risk-management systems.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

868a offers various pr omotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. 868a reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Standard welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed on the promotions page.
• Abuse Prevention: 868a reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
• Seasonal Promotions: 868a may offer special promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or major sporting tournaments including the FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and BRI Liga 1 season opener. These carry their own specific terms, which supersede these general bonus conditions where they conflict.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all wagers placed on the 868a Platform:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 868a. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, including where odds were published in error, where system faults occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, event, and account tier. 868a may lower maximum stake limits for any Member at any time.
3. Odds Errors: In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error (palpable error), 868a reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be paid.
4. In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 868a makes no guarantee of continuous market availability and may suspend in-play markets at any time due to technical issues, event delays, or other circumstances.
5. Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are governed by standard parlay rules. If one selection is void, the parlay continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds. Minimum selections for a mix parlay are two (2) legs.
6. Void Bets: Bets will be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, walkover results, or where the specific market cannot be resolved.
7. Results Disputes: Official results as published by the relevant sporting authority will be used to settle all bets. 868a's settlement decision is final. Disputes must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 868a Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or placing bets with knowledge of pre-determined outcomes.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access by any third party.
• Placing bets on behalf of any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 868a Platform — including but not limited to the 868a brand name, logo, graphical design, software, text, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 868a or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 868a.

9 Privacy & Data

868a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key privacy principles include: data collected is used solely to operate your account and comply with applicable regulations; your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes; and you retain rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to our retention obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 868a provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• 868a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from system downtime, delayed bet settlement, or third-party payment processing delays.
• 868a's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 868a is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or device failures that prevent a Member from accessing the Platform or placing a bet.
• Nothing in this clause limits 868a's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Termination

11.1 By 868a: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Member poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or reputational harm; (c) regulatory or legal requirements compel us to do so; or (d) the Member has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

11.2 By the Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any unsatisfied wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon account closure or termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 868a is incorporated and licensed to operate internationally. 868a operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform.

For Members based in Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulatory considerations. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the 868a Platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 868a makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in your specific location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13 Amendments

868a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
